Overview

352 films from 66 countries are shown in 2026 in the festival's program, which consists of four competitions and several curated sections. Outside the competition, special Focus is placed on a carefully selected theme, and artists or movements are honored with Portraits. Additionally, there are Current Comments on the state of the world, audiovisual live events, as well as festival Favorites and genre specialties featured in the Late Night section.
