The later the evening, the better the films, goes an old saying. This is especially true for the Late Night program — after all, this is where we get to whisper (and sing) together in the cinema late at night. As semi-legitimate successors to the legendary Midnight Movies of the 1970s, this is where we most love to present that form of cinema which portrays the absurd as the exciting, the bizarre as the superior, and the grotesque as the good.
