From crumbling romantic relationships to emotional alienation and inner turmoil, all the way to familial solidarity in the face of loss and aging: Intimacy Emergency brings together five films about emotionally challenging situations where closeness is essential and vulnerability becomes strength. The program will be shown on July 16 as part of the “V is for loVe” series open-air at Karlsplatz. V is for loVe – and radical intimacy is the quiet rebellion against a loud world.
