The University of Applied Arts Vienna is a leading art university with a history spanning over 150 years, bringing together art, research, architecture, and design. The Angewandte counts a number of renowned alumni and faculty members, including Gustav Klimt, Birgit Jürgenssen, Pipilotti Rist, Erwin Wurm, Zaha Hadid, and Stefan Sagmeister. Its students receive numerous awards and prizes.
At its 23rd edition, the Angewandte serves as the venue for the Industry Events and the Live Performance.
