We not only have something to offer for everyone, but also aim to encourage young moviegoers in particular. That’s why admission to all film programs is free for those under 19. As well as for individuals who are currently completing a Voluntary Social Year (FSJ). In addition, May 30 is dedicated especially to the youngest visitors, in cooperation with the MQ Kinderkulturparcours and the ZOOM Children’s Museum Animation Studio. Both the Cinema for the Youngest and Coming of Shorts present outstanding young cinema at the Stadt- and Milieukino: four enchanting family programs are sure to delight children, while three additional programs explore a wide range of themes, emotions and experiences of growing up. Anyone looking to enjoy the early summer evening air for a change is cordially invited to our open air program Counting Bodies at the MQ.
