In cooperation with MedFest Egypt, which will take place in Cairo from September 17 to 21 under the theme Transitions, we will present on Friday, September 19 a short film program addressing (physical) transitions in life, in growing up and in aging. Max Bergmann will present the program in Cairo and give a talk during the industry program. At the same time, as part of the Social Program of the Medical Anthropology Europe Conference (September 16–19 in Vienna), we will screen the short film program Multiplicities of Care about care and care work in its various forms and histories, also curated by Bergmann.
