Short interview: Catalina Molina

How long did it take to make your short?
From the very forst draft to the finished film it took us around two and a half years.

Was it difficult to get financing?
Being a story that is set outside Austria and the main-funding should be Austrian money it was not very easy to convince the funders to support this project. After successful filming we ran out of money and had to apply for extra funds to post-produce the film, which was only possible because of the high quality of this film.

What is your next project?
My next project will be a story located on the Mediterranean Sea, showing it as the big interspace between despair and illusion.
