Alexandra Schneider
* 1979 in Münstleringen, Switzerland.
Alexandra Schneider grew up in Germany, the USA and Denmark. Since 1987 she lives in Austria. In 2002 she made her diploma in social work at the Academy of Social Work of the City of Vienna. In 2003 she made a Master of Comperative Social Studies at the Hogeschool Maastricht and London University. She participated in the Kino Kabaret at VIS Vienna Independent Shorts 2006. Since 2007, Alexandra Schneider has studied directing and editing at the Film Academy of Vienna. While studying, she worked in the fields of research, film distribution, assistant editing and assistant directing for film production companies such as Pooldoks, Ulrich Seidl Film and DOR Film.
