Peter Patzak
* 1945 in Vienna.
Peter Patzak studied arts, psychology and painting in Vienna. As director, writer, producer and actor Patzak is known as one of the most successful personalities of Austrian cinema and television. Since 1999, he teaches directing at the Vienna Film Academy.
Peter Patzak was member of the jury of the international competition of VIS Vienna Independent Shorts 2007.

Peter Patzak in the process of painting a tapis, the symbol of the grave and the universe. Francisco Tapia adapted Mozart's "Trauermusik", KV 477, in his style. Only by overcoming death can the intersection of all energies be touched. Mozart overstepped it.
