Christian Neubacher
* 1972 in Salzburg.
Christian Neubacher grew up in Salzburg. He attended the course of lectures in photography at the Höhere Graphische Bundeslehr- und Versuchsanstalt in Vienna and studied film studies and humanities at the University of Vienna. Christian Neubacher has worked in various functions in the film industry. Since 2009, he works with Drehbuchforum Wien/Drehbuchverband Austria.

Scratches and shreds, rustling and crackling: Christian Neubacher’s sometimes pictorial and at other times flickering montage of footage material is put together perfectly. And sometimes there are hints as to where the old frames may have originated.
