* 1974 in Łódź.
Filip Marczewski studied humanties at the University of Warsaw and directing at the Polish Film School (PWSFTviT) in Łódź. He works with the public broadcaster TVP and with TVN and was assistant director of films like Wojaczek (directed by Lech Majewski), Moje miejsce (directed by Leszek Dawid) and Weiser (directed by Wojciech Marczewski).
