Aline Helmcke studied fine arts at the Berlin Art University in Berlin from 1996 to 2002 and animation at the Royal College of Art in London from 2006 to 2008. Since 2008 she is a Visiting Lecturer at the Berlin Art University and the Royal College of Art. Aline Helmcke lives and works as artist and film-maker in Berlin and London.
