Philipp Fleischmann began his studies at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts in 2006 and from 2009 to 2010 spent a year studying abroad at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Visual Arts.

Philipp Fleischmann’s work is difficult to describe: with his use of new techniques he breaks the rules of usual methods of recording and turns the illusion that is cinema upside down. Conform viewing patterns are ignored, while creating a silent visual experience that leads us through the happenings and to a new way of looking at things in one single panning shot.
