Franziska Bruckner studied painting, animation film and tapestry at the Vienna University for Applied Arts (Attersee master class), theatre, film and media studies at the University of Vienna as well as animation film at the film studio of Jerzy Kucia at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. Her works have been presented at several exhibitions. In 2007 she received the Otto Prutscher Award of the Vienna University for Applied Arts.
