60 years of Vienna Film Academy – this calls for a celebration! We are very happy to present an extensive show by the Vienna Film Academy at VIS for the first time. The programme will be made up of the latest films from the production year 2010. The fact that the programme was curated by students of the Academy allows for certain liberties – for example, the films needn’t necessarily be shorter than 30 minutes. Among others, the 41-minute film Papa, which was awarded the prize for the best short feature film at the Diagonale 2011, will be shown.
