Film Education
Welcome to the short film world of the future. The winners of Get into Shorts films are presented and awarded in three programmes. This competition for short films created in Austrian classrooms is organized by VIS for the first time. A "Best of Clang:Bilder" presents the animation film education project of ASIFA Austria.

For three years Thomas Renoldner, Karo Riha and Muzak (Mukato) have been running the project “Clang:Bilder”, where contemporary compositions form the basis for animated films; parallel to that, Andrea Martignoni and Roberto Paganelli (as OTTOmani Laboratori/Italy) have been encouraging teenagers the world over to create “sound art” to go with their own moving pictures. The most exciting works by the avant-garde students from both projects will be presented here for the first time.
