Liane Sommers studierte Theatre Design an der Nottingham University. AlexandLiane (= Alex Large und Liane Sommers) schufen Musikvideos für Clare Maguire, Kylie Minogue, La Roux, Tiga, Cheryl Cole, Scissor Sisters, Dido, Mika, Bloc Party, The Ting Tings, Sam Sparro, Armand Van Helden, Tocotronic und Deichkind. Liane Sommers lebt seit 2000 in Berlin.
